I have had the pleasure to work at Evergreen for the past 7+ years now as an Engineer. With each passing year, my relationships, job knowledge, and appreciation grow exponentially. I started fresh out of college as an Engineer Trainee to working now as a Senior Project Engineer so I can testify that growth opportunities exist here. There are employees who have been with the company for 20+ years now and I hope to reach that mark myself. The reason this is the case, is because the work environment and support structure are so great. And that starts with the leadership at the top and trickles all the way down. The leaders of the company have passion, humility, and genuinely care about each of the employees. And the people who work here have integrity, hard work ethic, but also know how to keep things light and fun. I am proud to work at Evergreen and to keep the mission moving forward.
